Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage calendars with an awareness as to: purpose, timeliness, participation and business rationale for meetings and events; minimize juggling of last-minute requests/demands and shuffling of meetings
  • Respond in real-time to urgent inbound requests and scheduling updates
  • Managing all priorities daily
  • Proactively prioritizing and managing conflicts as well as following up on short- and long-term requests to ensure they are addressed within the deadlines
  • Responsible for ensuring all documents for meetings and calls are received in a timely manner as well as following up with appropriate parties
  • Managing incoming phone call  
    • Fielding and screening calls when needed
  • Monitoring emails inboxes and correspondence and prioritizing urgent matters
  • Execute special projects as requested

Qualifications


  • Minimum 2+ experience as an administrative assistant (preferred)

  • Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft office Suite

    • Excel, Word, etc.



  • Experience drafting professional email correspondence

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
